Since I started my career in the automotive industry in 1999, I have built up a wide portfolio of skills in all aspects of quality management and supplier development. Over the last twenty years I have contributed to the success of many different projects in Germany, Japan, Brazil and the USA.

In 2009 I was on a 6-month secondment to Bosch Japan where I also took the opportunity to improve my Japanese inter-cultural and language skills.

In 2015 I started Atkins Consulting to offer my wide range of skills and experience to a broad range of customers.

In 2016 I began working at my first customer, Hanon Systems in Kerpen.

In 2017 I qualified as a trainer and examiner for VDA6.3 audits and became a co-operation partner for TopQM Systems in Mosbach

In 2018 I gave training for TopQM to customers in Mexico and the USA as well as in Finland. At the same time I supported the Visteon Electronics Europe Purchasing Team for 6 months in Karlsruhe.

In 2019 I acted as resident engineer for AMG at a supplier in the UK.

In 2020 I am also a contract auditor for General Dynamics Land Systems throughout Europe.
