Visteon Electronics Europe, Karlsruhe, Germany:

• Development of a robust supplier development strategy including APQP and PPAP processes
• Release of new injection moulding tools for plastic parts
• Process audits at critical suppliers
• Training of co-auditors in VDA6.3 audits

Hanon Systems, Kerpen, Germany:

• Integration of over 50 new suppliers into existing supplier base including re-sampling of over 250 separate part numbers.
• Process audits to VDA6.3
• Capacity planning of a new assembly line at critical supplier
• Benchmarking of internal supplier development structure with those of competitors

Robert Bosch GMBH, Homburg, Germany:

• Elimination of secondary double disk grind for Unit Pump armature
• Introduction of SAP to supplier quality department
• Ramp-up of nozzle nut production for 3rd generation common rail injector
• Reorganisation of departmental supplier quality manual procedures

Robert Bosch KK, Higashimatsuyama, Japan:

• Implementation of new supplier management procedures
• Introduction of CQI-9 heat treatment assessment standards

TopQM Systems, Mosbach, Germany:

• VDA6.3 audit training in USA and Mexico
• Prepared customer in Czech Republic for external process audit
• Information event for customer in Finland

GETRAG Ford Powertrain, Cologne, Germany:

• Production planning and relese of stamped, forged and turned components to VDA2
• Process audits to VDA6.3
• Mentoring of junior auditors

Borg Warner Drivetrain Systems, Ketsch, Germany:

• Relocation of tube washing process from Borg Warner to external sub-supplier
